Tour description

Experience a unique adventure for all the senses with us - far more than just a boat tour. Typical Norwegian dishes, freshly prepared over the fire, and a breathtaking view of the fjord - the perfect combination!

We start with our exclusive fjord safari: majestic rock faces, rushing waterfalls, fresh water directly from the legendary "Whisky Waterfall" and many other highlights are waiting to be discovered by you.

After around 1.5 hours, we reach an idyllic spot in the middle of nature - perfect for starting the culinary part of our adventure.

Appetizer:

Fenalår on Flatbrød, garnished with balsamic vinegar

Main course:

Option 1:

Tender reindeer with green asparagus wrapped in bacon, served with parsnip puree and red wine sauce

Option 2:

Delicious fish soup based on an original Norwegian recipe, with salmon and halibut

Dessert:

Waffles, prepared directly over the fire, with typical Norwegian brown cheese
