2. prizes
Each item is quoted including VAT in Norwegian kroner. In the shopping cart you will see the total price including all fees such as VAT, shipping and payments.

Payment is made using the payment method selected at the checkout.
3.2 Card payment
Card payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. Your payment card will be charged immediately.

4. damaged goods and complaints
At the start of the activity, when booking, please ensure that the products are not damaged or faulty. If the product is faulty or damaged, you are entitled to a replacement product if available, otherwise to a full refund.
5. right of withdrawal and free purchase
Paid bookings are refundable in accordance with the conditions stated in the cancellation policy. The booking can be rebooked to any date up to 3 days before the start of the trip if a "rebooking guarantee" is purchased for the booking. In the event of weather conditions that make the activity unsuitable or dangerous, such as thunderstorms, storms or other weather conditions, a full refund will be granted. In the event of illness, a full refund will be given on presentation of a medical certificate.

All processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. 9. force majeure
Force majeure such as war, prolonged labor dispute, blockade, fire, environmental disaster, serious spread of infection or other circumstances beyond the control of a party that prevent the party from fulfilling its obligations and release the party from these. Such an exemption shall apply insofar as the business cannot be conducted even under these circumstances. The other party shall be informed immediately of any circumstances that could cause this provision to apply.

Norwegian law applies to all purchases under these terms and conditions. Disputes in connection with purchases under these terms and conditions shall be settled exclusively by a Norwegian court.
Annex 1, Processing of personal data
Ryfylke Adventures AS, registration number 833768042, processes personal data in connection with trading on www.ryfylke-adventures.com and is responsible for the processing of personal data. Personal data is processed for Ryfylke Adventures AS to provide its services, mainly for the following purposes ("Purposes"):
- To receive and process your booking.
- To process any returns.
- To send you digital notifications about the booking status.
- To answer your questions and inform you about new or changed services.
- To send marketing offers such as newsletters and catalogs.
- To send you surveys that you can use to influence the offers and services of Ryfylke Adventures AS.
The processed data includes the information you provide, for example when placing an order, contacting customer service or similar.
